5 Pokémon That Should Get Galarian Forms In The Crown Tundra

Untitled.jpg

Two new areas are coming to Pokémon Sword and Shield: Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra. We already looked at some great Pokémon that would fit perfectly with the Isle of Armor and the more tropical region. Now we’ll be showing off some of our picks for Pokémon that would thrive in the frozen lands of the Crown Tundra. These are just opinions and thoughts, and a lot of our favorites are already confirmed for the expansions, so these are a few extras that would be great additions.

Ariados

This is one of the few spider Pokémon in the entire Pokédex. Ariados is already a pretty cool looking Pokémon, but imagine a light and dark blue color scheme with various icicles coming out of it. It would be awesome to see these ice-spike laced spiders hanging from trees deep in the mountains, ready to strike.

Bibarel

This goofy land animal could sit well in the snowy mountains. We’d love to see him dawn a new white coat of fur and see him play through the thick snow, popping his cute, little, odd face out and about everywhere.

Jynx

This queen needs a revision and revisitation. Could you just picture Ice Queen Jynx? Light blues, white and even some nice pinks in her clothes would be awesome and make her a force to be reckoned with ice powers she already had but amplified. Also, a nice ice crown would be totally necessary to have her slay.

Kangaskhan

Who doesn’t want to see a snow-covered baby Kangaskhan? I think it would fit perfectly to see a lot of Kangaskhan migrate north, maybe from Pokémon poachers and learn a few ice or water attacks while having a heavier coat and thicker armor all the way through with bits of snow sitting on them like mountain tops.

Palossand (Palosnow?)

I feel like this is an obvious but welcome choice. Why not have the ghost Pokémon just possess a pile of snow? Hence the new name: Palosnow. It would be awesome to see him take igloo or snowman forms in the middle of battle depending on attacks. It would be amazingly hilarious to be walking by a nice snowman and then it suddenly jumps out at you and start a surprise battle.
