Who stars in the Spanish series The Innocent, and how do you know them? The April 2021 Netflix release is based on the 2005 Harlan Coben novel, and follows a man who is convicted of homicide and then becomes linked to the murder of a nun. The Innocent begins with Mateo Vidal narrating about his life and various personal tragedies. After accidentally killing a man outside a nightclub, he spent four years locked up in prison.
