Kourtney Kardashian from Keeping Up With the Kardashians took a much-needed beach getaway with Travis Barker and his children. The reality star and the Blink-182 drummer have become quite close since rumors of their relationship began to circulate in early January. Kourtney confirmed their rumored romance a couple of days after Valentine's Day by sharing a sweet image of the two holding hands. Since then, their relationship has been headlining several media outlets.
Fans started to wonder about a potential relationship between Kourtney and Travis after they were spotted at Kris Jenner's estate in Palm Springs. Neither of them confirmed or denied the relationship, which left fans curious about their relationship status. Once they went Instagram official, the pair were often seen out and about together. Whether it's a UFC fight, a sushi date, or Disneyland, Kourtney and Travis cannot get enough of each other.
On Monday, the 42-year-old shared to her Instagram a series of photos and videos of her weekend getaway with Travis and his kids. Kourtney shared a sweet clip of herself and the 45-year-old enjoying some fun at the beach in Montecito alongside his two children Landon and Alabama, and his stepdaughter, Atiana De La Hoya. The mother of three kids, with whom she shares with former partner Scott Disick, simply captioned the post "Weekend" with a white heart emoji. Travis also claimed it was the "best weekend." Since she began dating the rocker, Kourtney has developed a close relationship with his kids, especially 15-year-old Alabama.
A source close to the Poosh founder exclusively told E! News that Kourtney has become like a second mother to Alabama. "Kourtney has become very close with Travis' kids recently, especially when it comes to Alabama," revealed the insider, noting that she and her brother Landon "have a rough relationship with their mother, and Kourtney has been a huge support system." Similar to what they did over the weekend, Kourtney enjoys doing fun activities with Travis' kids, such as inviting Alabama over for "Pilates and lunch." However, Kourtney's relationship with Travis's kids is much more than just doing fun activities together. Alabama knows she can go to Kourtney for advice and support on anything.
The beach getaway is just what Kourtney and Travis needed. Travis's kids have become like family to Kourtney, so she has no issues spending a weekend vacation with the three of them. Now that Keeping Up With the Kardashians has come to an end, Kourtney will definitely have more time to spend with Travis and their blended families.
