The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Girardi knows there are snakes in her circle, and she's calling them out. Erika has been under fire after being added to a number of Tom Girardi's fraud lawsuits. As the housewife deals with her legal woes, she's speaking out against the people she believes are leaking information about her.
The Bravo star has been hot in the press for all of the wrong reasons in recent weeks as her estranged ex-husband's legal pressures mount. Tom's fall from grace includes accusations of embezzlement, defrauding clients, business partners, and banks, among other shady business practices. With Erika being married to the legal titan for 21 years, she has been deemed guilty by association, with many believing she helped Tom spend and hide the money. The trustees of one suit recently found that it was more than $20 million that Tom's law firm loaned Erika's businesses. Now debtors are attempting to use that information as proof that Erika is not innocent.
A recent Hulu documentary dubbed The Housewife and The Hustler put the Girardi's legal woes on full display. With a number of private information getting shared in the documentary and in the press, Erika is convinced that there's a mole among her. Amid all the heightened media speculation surrounding her financial and personal affairs, Erika took to Twitter to address the rumors. "When did everyone on Twitter become a fu**ing expert on others personal lives? Do you actually believe this sh*t," Erika tweeted before claiming there was an unloyal snake targeting her. “Everyone is so pressed. But I did find out the name of one of the snakes feeding bad info," she quipped. "No surprise really. This person always struck me as weak.”
It could be a number of people she's referring to, including RHOBH alum Lisa Vanderpump and The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Danielle Staub who appeared in the scathing documentary. Vanderpump recently spoke out against her former co-stars and said how surprised she was by how quiet the cast is being about Erika's legal trouble. While she has yet to have to appear in court, Erika was recently added to a $5 million lawsuit involving Tom. She's currently battling against trustees trying to get to her money and all the "gifts" she received from Tom.
The disgraced lawyer is under conservatorship to his brother due to his Alzheimer's diagnosis. All the while, he is accused of getting away with stealing millions from his unknowing clients for decades. A number of people are after him for back owed money that led to years of pain and suffering for his victims. Many have said how hard it must've been for his victims to have watched Erika living the good life on reality TV all these years while possibly knowing the shady ways Tom was securing the funds. The lawsuits are only heating up, and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star can't avoid what's coming.
