Disney World's Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser experience is remarkably expensive. Star Wars is a multimedia franchise that spawns across many different forms of media. It all started in 1977 with Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope and has spawned several films that have expanded upon the characters' stories and the universe that they live in. This is only the beginning, as the franchise would go on to spawn television shows, novels, comic books, video games, and countless other forms of merchandise over the years for various characters, including the recent beloved Baby Yoda. Star Wars has become one of the biggest franchises ever created.
Even before the franchise was purchased by Disney from George Lucas, multiple theme park attractions have been made based on the films, including Star Tours, which ran from 1987-2016. Star Wars-themed attractions have been successful for Disney Parks, as they have hosted festivals and live shows over the course of several years. Most recently, they created a 14-acre expansion at Disneyland to create an entire new area of the park titled Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. It has been previously announced that they would be opening a Star Wars-themed hotel subtitled Galactic Starcruiser and would be opening in Spring 2022.
The Orlando Informer Twitter page recently announced example prices for the luxury experience. The voyage total for two guests is $4,809, while the voyage total for four guests is $5,999. They did note that these rates could change depending on one's itinerary of activities, what time of year it is, and the amount of guests included in your party. The aforementioned prices are examples based on weeknight pricing between the dates of August 20, 2022 and September 17, 2022. See below for the Twitter post:

So far, it has already been announced that guests will be boarding the Halcyon to go from Earth to Batuu. The atrium area will be the place where passengers and crew from the iconic series are all in one place. Guests will have access to the bridge, where they can use controls of the ship. One of the activities to later be announced include lightsaber training. When passengers get hungry, they can go to the Halcyon's supper club, where they can enjoy various meals. The Sublight Lounce is a bar that is open to passengers of all ages. The engineering room will be accessible as a play area for children. Finally, people will have access to the launch pods, which is how folks will be able to get to the parking lot. There are still a lot more details to be announced regarding the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser experience, but it sounds like there's a lot of activities for families to enjoy throughout this experience.
Theme parks have only become more expensive over the years, particularly when it comes to the Disney theme parks. They are known as being the most talked about theme parks in the world, especially when it comes to family entertainment. The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser experience is another addition to the theme park that is sure to draw the attention of franchise fans of all ages. However, the price certainly limits the amount of people that will be able to enjoy it for themselves. While pricing will vary, the price tag of $4,809 for two guests is a heavy price tag that will turn off many potential passengers.
