Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi sold her former New Jersey beach house, which was featured on Nicole & Jionni Shore Flip. After the original series of Jersey Shore came to an end in 2012, Nicole and her husband, Jionni LaValle, teamed up for a new house flipping show. The couple used Jionni's experience working in his family's construction company along with Nicole's eye for creativity to a flip a shore house.
The show surprisingly came to an end after just one season. Although the show was ultimately not as successful as the couple had hoped, Nicole and Jionni decided to keep the newly renovated shore home for their family to use during the summer months. When they are not spending time down at the shore, Nicole, Jionni and their three kids live in Florham Park, New Jersey. The couple built that home from scratch as well, designing it to their specific liking.
Although their shore home held a special place in their hearts, Nicole and Jionni ultimately decided to sell it. According to the NY Post, the couple listed the shore house, located in Brick, New Jersey, in November of 2020. Two months later, on January 21, 2021, they "doubled [their] investment" when the house sold for $740,000. Nicole and Jionni had originally purchased the home for $370,000 in November of 2015. They had the house for almost five years before putting it up for sale. The house was originally built 10 years prior to Nicole and Jionni purchasing it.
The home is quite spacious with five bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. There is even a loft that features a play room for their kids. During the short series of Nicole & Jionni Shore Flip, fans watched as the couple made this 4,792 square-foot home their own. When the show first premiered, Nicole explained that this house was the perfect house "for a quick flip." The biggest changes the couple made while flipping the shore house included "rectifying water damage, redoing the deck and the plumbing, and updating the interior." Since the couple did such a good job flipping the home, it is unclear why the show was canceled after just one season; however, Nicole's husband, Jionni, prefers to live a more private life away from the cameras.
Ultimately, as Nicole and Jionni have since grown their family, they also outgrew this home. Now they have a new shore house in Toms River, New Jersey, which is much more spacious and lavish than that of their first shore house. The couple purchased this new house for an estimated $865,500, which is over $500,000 more than what they spent on their first beach house. Nicole, who recently hosted another interior design show for HGTV, put her heart and soul into completely transforming the first shore house. In doing so, not only did she and her husband gain a large profit, but the Jersey Shore also were able to make five years of memories at that home.
