The comedian and reality star stepped out holding hands over the weekend and expressing their first PDA as a couple. Pete is the first person Kim has publicly dated since filing for divorce from Kanye West. They look like they’re having a good time,” Kenan Thompson told Hollywood Life about his "little brother" Pete. “I’m always happy when he’s happy,” he added. Chris Redd shared his thoughts on Pete and Kim's matching SKIMS pajamas that they sported while celebrating his 28th birthday last week. “Pete and Kim? Damn, Pete. Damn! I hope they’re happy," Chris said. "They’re wearing matching outfits so I think they’re on their way. [At least] that’s what Instagram told me."
Bowen Yang wasn't exactly what the status of Pete's "friendship" with Kim was. But his reaction came on the same day that Kim and Pete were photographed holding hands walking in California. “It seems like they’re having a good time hanging out,” Bowen noted. It's been a while since Kim has expressed any type of PDA. She and Kanye spent months living apart before her divorce filing. While they returned to friendlier terms over the summer, Kim had no desire to withdraw her divorce petition. Now with her moving on with Pete, it's visibly clear that Kim is done with Kanye.
Overall, Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans have mixed reactions about Kim dating Pete. Some think their romance won't last long while others think Kim is just dating the comedian as a publicity stunt. Pete is good friends with Travis Barker, making the future double dates with Kim and Kourtney much easier to plan. The Saturday Night Live star has now been added to Kim's inner circle and it could help take his celebrity status to new heights.
