Here's every hidden objective in Friday The 13th: The Game's single-player mode. The success of the original Friday The 13th meant a sequel was inevitable, but that originally proved tricky as killer Pamela Voorhees was quite dead by the time the film ended. After mulling telling an original story that was also set on the titular date, Friday The 13th Part 2 instead decided to make Pamela's son Jason the new killer. This made little sense in terms of logic or timeline, but this mattered little to audiences who greatly enjoyed the slasher sequel.
Jason Voorhees finally donned his trademark hockey mask in Friday The 13th: Part 3, and the character was quickly cemented as a new horror icon. The franchise itself tried to kill him in the fourth movie but after a negative response greeted Friday The 13th: A New Beginning - which tried to make Tommy Jarvis the new killer - Jason was resurrected for part six. He had lots of interesting adventures in the years that followed, from heading to space in Jason X to fighting a rival slasher in 2003's Freddy Vs Jason. Sadly, the franchise is currently caught up in a messy rights issue which means a new movie likely won't arrive anytime soon.
Jason made his video game debut in the infamous Friday The 13th NES game in 1989, but it was 2017's Friday The 13th: The Game that captured the real charms of the series. It was a title clearly developed by fans as it was littered with easter eggs and even included Roy Burns, the Jason copycat from Friday The 13th: A New Beginning. While it was originally designed to be a multiplayer-only title, single-player challenges were added in May 2018. This added challenges that put players in Jason's boots as he stomped around Crystal Lake completing a series of killings.
Friday The 13th: The Game's single-player mode was ultimately disappointing, and comes across as a less interesting Hitman game. That said, there are lots of hidden objectives to uncover, all of which are listed in ATW Tech - Alpha R2's above YouTube video. For instance, in the Stargazing challenge, players should scythe Shelly - who provided Jason with his hockey mask in part 3 - in the barn.
Friday The 13th: The Game features lots of fun hidden objectives for players, which adds a lot of replayability to the single-player mode. With no new movie on the horizon, the game is helping keep Jason alive for the fans while the messy rights issues are being sorted out.
