A Los Angeles based endorsement company has claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are their new clients. The Duke and Duchess are a hot commodity as of late and have been rumored to have been searching out a book deal.
Since Prince Harry and Markle’s announcement on January 8th, the couple has been taking each day in stride. The royals held an emergency meeting and the young prince finalized his financial dealings with his grandmother. Even though Meghan Markle has been getting much of the negativity regarding their stepping down, Prince Harry seems to be happy to be along for the ride, embracing his new commoner life. After a rough start to their union, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex decided that it would be best for them to split their time between the United Kingdom and Canada, where they spent their Christmas alone with their son, Archie.
According to Cosmopolitan Magazine endorsement company, Sheeraz Inc has claimed they now have Markle and Prince Harry as new clients. But Buckingham Palace has denied these claims, calling them "categorically untrue." Sheeraz, Inc has been said to represent clients such as Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Zendaya, and Kim Kardashian. The company took to Instagram to tell their followers that they had claimed the Duke and Duchess as new clients and if they wanted to talk about appearances or endorsements, they could go through them. The post continued to say that clients from the Middle East, India, US, and Asia could send official offers starting now.
Even though the palace has denied the rumor, the post was still live on the company’s site. Sheeraz Hasan, who was the founder of the company has said that the royal couple is truly working with him. He released a statement that read that Markle had worked in Hollywood before and knows the inner workings of representation. Hasan took to Twitter to state: "I have been in contact with her inner team for brand and appearances deals as I have a global network of buyers for talent.”
It is still unclear if the couple has signed with Sheeraz Inc, so fans will have to sit tight to see if the rumor pans out. Followers of the couple are finding it hard to believe that they would attach their names to a company such as Sheeraz Inc especially with all they represent to the philanthropic world. Odds are good that Buckingham Palace is speaking the truth about the black sheep of the family.
