Fans may recall Jenni “JWoww” Farley’s boyfriend, Zach Carpinello, from the first season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. After a temporary split, the couple has reunited and their relationship will be depicted in the fourth season.
As fans of Jersey Shore remember, Jenni began dating Roger Mathews during the third season. He appeared earlier on in the show, but JWoww was dating Tom Lippolis when they initially met. Tragically, before the filming of the fourth season started, JWoww suffered a miscarriage. “Three to four weeks before Italy, my grandmother passed and me and Roger actually lost a baby… not a lot of people know,” Jenni said during an episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. After about two years of dating, Roger and Jenni got engaged. Before tying the knot, they had their first child, Meilani. They got married in October 2015 and had their second child, Greyson, less than a year later. After eight years of marriage, Roger and Jenni filed for divorce in October 2018. The split was messy and even involved a restraining order. Eventually, Farley and Mathews put their breakup behind them and focused on co-parenting their two children. JWoww has since moved on from her divorce and has a new beau now.
After JWoww’s brief split from Zach, he’ll be returning to the upcoming season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, as reported by Us Weekly. “Being back on TV as we do this show, you never know how it turns out,” Jenni said. “Bringing him back in and just like coming full circle and being like, ‘Alright, let’s hit the reset button, and redo this,’ obviously, I was a little hesitant. I’m very protective [just] as I am with my roommates. I just want everyone to be happy, but I also don’t want anything taken out of context.”
Jenni began dating Zach in March of 2019. The 25 year old appeared on the first season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, where he had the opportunity to meet all the cast members. In an episode that aired in October 2019, Carpinello was caught on camera being intimate with Angelina Pivarnick. When the episode aired, Jenni broke up with Zach. “I feel disrespected by someone I called a friend and by someone who stated they loved me,” Jenni wrote on Instagram at the time of their split. “For five months I was kept in the dark about this. For five months I was naive, probably laughed at and made into a storyline that will forever haunt me. My heart hurts on so many levels.” A few months after their break up, JWoww and Zach rekindled the flame. They shared many flirty, cute messages on social media and confirmed they were back together in December 2019. “You mean absolutely everything to me,” Carpinello wrote on Instagram. “You are my world. You are tremendously special in so many ways. You are an absolutely gorgeous woman inside and out.”
JWoww had every right to be upset with Zach over the questionable footage. Whatever the issue was, clearly the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation couple has moved past it. We’re excited to see more of the couple on the fourth season, which is set to premiere on November 19.
