Earlier this week, Kylie Jenner and Jaden Smith were spotted dining together in Hollywood. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and rap artist have a dating history, but the Monday night dinner was friendly, rather than romantic.
Kylie has always had a thing for rappers. The most publicized relationships Kylie had were with Tyga and Travis Scott, both of which were hiphop and R&B musicians. When Kylie was younger, she had a less well-known relationship with Jaden. In fact, some fans believe the son of Will and Jada Smith was the reality star’s first love. Kylie and Jaden were both born into famous and entertainment-oriented families, meaning their relationship wasn’t that surprising. In 2013, Kylie and Jaden began dating when they were 15 and 14 years old, respectively. At the time, they were spotted doing totally normal teen dating things, such as going to the movies. On one occasion, the couple left the theatre with foundation smudges all over their mouths. They also attended Kim Kardashian West’s wedding together. “She’s one of my best friends,” Jaden once said about the makeup mogul. Their romantic relationship didn’t last long as teens, but the two celebs remained friends in adulthood.
On Monday evening, Kylie and Jaden were spotted in Hollywood enjoying a dinner together. As shared by Daily Mail, Kylie previewed her outfit for the night on Instagram. She wore a unique crossbody crop top with cut out long sleeves and black jeans. The outfit was complete with a belly chain. Her hair was styled in long “bronde” locks and her makeup was immaculately applied, as always. Jaden was wearing a tie-dye top with high waisted pink pants. In September 2019, fans thought Kylie and Jaden might be dating again because they attended Justin and Hailey Bieber’s second wedding together. They were spotted on the dancefloor getting cozy with one another. At one point, Jaden had his hand on Kylie’s backside. Kylie was still dating Travis at the time, but they broke up less than a month later, which means their relationship was already on the rocks during the Bieber wedding. Nothing was confirmed, and it’s assumed Kylie and Jaden are simply good friends.
Considering that Kylie and Jaden grew up in the public eye because of their well known families, it’s not surprising they’re friends and have a history together. Although, we can’t help but wonder if something more is going on between the two celebs. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been single for quite some time and doesn’t appear to be getting back together with Travis any time soon. Will the duo be spotted on more outings in the near future?
