Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott's recent family trip to Aspen further fueled reconciliation rumors between the two. However, according to close sources, the rapper and Keeping Up With the Kardashians star are "not back together."
Fans spent the last year wondering about the exact status of Kylie and Travis' romantic relationship. Though the two announced their split back in November 2019, they have continued to spend loads of time together raising their daughter. Additionally, neither superstar has been romantically linked to anyone else since their official breakup. Last fall, reports surfaced that the two had been having private dinner dates outside of the public eye. More recently, Travis was seen leaving a flirty comment under one of Kylie's steamy bikini pics. Plus, fans couldn't forget all the time they spent together with their daughter, Stormi Webster, during quarantine and the holiday season.
While celebrating the New Year, the Kylie Cosmetics founder and "SICKO MODE" rapper came together for a family trip to Aspen. While Kylie was also joined by her sister, Kendall Jenner, photographers snapped photos of Kylie and Travis on the slopes together. The holiday getaway left fans thinking the two were definitely back together. But according to close insiders, they're not officially an item again. “They’re enjoying a lot of family time before getting back to work in the new year,” a source told Hollywood Life. “Neither one of them appear to be looking to date anyone else [right now], but they’re still not back together. Travis always planned on spending the holidays and New Year’s with Kylie and Stormi and he probably always will. They always come together for Stormi and spending the holidays and various milestones together with her is very important to the both of them.”
When it comes to the place they're in romance-wise, the reality star and rapper have a connection that appears to be unbreakable. “He and Kylie have this camaraderie about them and are always on the same page when it comes to their daughter,” the insider added. “Stormi is very active and they have a lot of fun doing activities with her like skiing. Kylie is the kind of mom who’s constantly snapping photos of their daughter and sending them to Travis when he’s not around.” The couple first started dating in April 2017 and welcomed their daughter the following February. They appeared inseparable during their time together, but announced their breakup in 2019 while noting their intent to raise their daughter together.
The two have found out what works best for them, and co-parenting as friends isn't leading them astray. “They’re better off as co-parents and best friends,” our source shared. “This will not be the last vacation for the 3 of them in 2021, that is for sure.”
