90 Day Fiance: Why Andrew Is Likely Not Redditor Defending Him A LOT

Andrew Kenton from 90 Day Fiancé is a controversial season 8 star, and we've learned that he's probably not defending himself by using an alias on Reddit. Some fans have been speculating that he is the one who is posting on Reddit under another name. The daycare worker has had his stability questioned by fans due to his online comments. Now, certain 90 Day Fiancé fans think he’s taken things to a whole new level, but it's pure speculation.

Early on in the season, Andrew got dragged by 90 Day Fiancé fans. These viewers found his treatment of his French fiancée Amira Lollysa manipulative and emotionally abusive. However, Andrew’s offscreen behavior is also being criticized. People who hang out at Reddit have been noticing users popping up with names such as "DragonKingKnight," which is similar to Andrew’s @kinddragondrew Instagram handle. These users all defend Andrew, which is making some fans suspicious.

Andrew’s online defenders are making skeptical franchise fans think that Andrew cruises Reddit to join in on conversations and make it seem like he's a popular reality star. However, according to Andrew, he isn't doing that. “I honestly am not on Reddit,” he commented to Screen Rant. “Never have been. So I have no idea about their defense and I wouldn’t be able speak to it.” Fans of the show are quick to call out Andrew’s behavior, but according to Andrew, they're going after the wrong person.

It seems doubtful that Andrew has been commenting about himself under aliases. For the most part, it doesn’t seem like he feels the need to stand up for himself. He has started leaning into his “D-Bag Drew” persona. Since that’s the case, why would he simultaneously defend his own behavior? 90 Day Fiancé has amassed many fans, and there are inevitably some who will empathize with the "bad guy.” It could just be an instance of overzealous supporters.

However, many fans won’t be deterred from their assertion that it is Andrew on the message boards, pretending to be fans that have his back. To them, his denial isn’t proof of anything, and they will assume that his comments are just more lies. There have been other fake accounts on Instagram that fans suspect Andrew is behind. To these fans, it’s starting to feel he's following a pattern. His critics think his behavior on and off the show has been inexcusable, so it’s hard for them to believe that he would have any genuine supporters.

Sure, it's odd that the 90 Day Fiancé star's supporters have usernames similar to his, but in reality, there’s no proof that Andrew has anything to do with the Reddit posts in question. Anyone who's online could be posting under those usernames. Discussions about whether Andrew is trying to boost fans’ opinions online are likely to continue, and this may be very unfair. If Andrew has nothing to do with it, as he says, he's being unjustly maligned.
