Eliza Limehouse of Southern Charm eloped and announced one week later that she was going to be having a baby boy. The newlyweds could not be more overjoyed with their news.
Many of the OG Charleston women decided to leave Southern Charm in honor of their friendship with Cameran Eubanks. After it was reported that Kathryn Dennis spread malicious rumors regarding Cameran’s marriage, Cameron decided enough was enough. Naomi Olindo, Chelsea Messner, and Eliza Limehouse followed behind their friend to show support. Fans were upset that the women were leaving, but understood the reasoning once it was explained. Despite her exit from the show after just one season, Eliza made waves. She tried to force an apology tour for Ashley Jacobs on Thomas Ravenel’s behalf and often stepped on the other women’s toes.
While she won't be returning to Southern Charm, Eliza has big news of her own. She posted to her Instagram that she eloped and is expecting a bouncing baby boy with Mark 'Struthers' McBride, Jr. On October 12, the Charleston native took to her social media to show off her beautiful wedding photos. She captioned her post, “Big Surprise!!!! We eloped...BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!! My horses were our only guests, it still feels like a dream. Can’t wait to spend forever with you Struthers! God is so good.” On what was probably the best day of her life, Eliza said "I do" to Mark, who she only got engaged to this past February. Check out her post below:
The bride married on her grandparent’s estate and wore a long white dress with long lace sleeves. As for her accessories, she wore her own fine jewelry designs. But evidently, there was a guest at their wedding. Eliza announced on October 16 that the couple was also expecting their first child. She posted a picture of her and her new husband with his hand on her belly as she wore a silk blue dress. In her post, she revealed, “One more surprise this year, baby BOY McBride is coming on Christmas Day...which is also my birthday! God loves to look down at us and laugh at what we thought the plan was. We are over the moon to meet this tiny human in just over 10 weeks! 💙”
The former reality star always knew she wanted to be a mother, and her husband could not be more supportive. Eliza is thrilled that she has such joyous news to look forward to, especially since the worldwide pandemic is still going on. Once there is a safer option, the couple plan to have a big celebration for their nuptials.
